Mussels & Macon
Published 16:52 on 11 Nov 2024
Twenty four hardy souls arrived in Brancaster Staithe with their Wayfairers last Friday to commemorate the start of Ralph Feinnes trip to the South Pole on 9th November 1992. They enjoyed a social supper on Saturday night and (you can just make them out in this week's photo) sailing on Saturday and Sunday. Next Saturday will be the last dinner service until 21st December and the menu will focus on Mussels with a £5 discount on our delicious, fruity, Macon Lugny white wine by the bottle. If you would like to join us, please try to book by Wednesday 13th so that we know how many mussels to order from Mr Loose. |
Many thanks to everyone who has already removed their boats. We are now contacting owners directly by email and will begin the process of posting a notice to remove any craft whose owners cannot be traced. There remains 4 sailing dinghies, 3 tenders, 6 kayaks and 2 SUPs which are now overdue removal and we would appreciate your immediate attention to this, if you are the owner of any of these craft. We are now taking bookings by email for the Christmas lunch on 15th December and Christmas party on 21st December. Menus for these events can be found by clicking the event links. Menus for next weekend are shown below. |
