Juniors

The junior fleet at BSSC is very extensive, with children from 818 enjoying being on the water (and in it sometimes!) in a range of boats including Toppers, Lasers, Picos RS Fevas, 2000s and Laser 3000s. There are many opportunities to take part in racing where the emphasis is on fun, and progression if you want it. If you are sailing to have a great time with your friends, this is the place to be! BSSC is very tidal so that has the advantage of everyone being out at the same time. Hopefully your parents will meet you on the beach with some drinks and sausages. There are also opportunities to socialise in organised events or casual get togethers. There are a few club boats which can be taken out for a sail if you don't have a boat available or you want to try a different craft.
