Sailing Week Entry

BSSC welcomes you to a new online booking process for your entry to Sailing Week 2023. A lot of hours have been spent creating and testing this tailored system but until we go live, we cannot know for sure if there are any issues, so your patience is much appreciated.

The tickets for Sea Fleet 5 day entrants will be on sale from Monday 26th June 12:00

The tickets for Sea Fleet 1 day entry for Monday only will also be on sale from Monday 26th June 12:00

Tickets for Sea Fleet 1 day entrants (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) and all Harbour fleet entrants including Cockle fleet will be on sale from Tuesday 27th June 12:00

The quantity of tickets on sale is based on the availability of safety boat cover. Once tickets are sold out entrants will be added to a waiting list. Your place is confirmed when you have completed your payment and received an email confirmation. It is your responsibility to read the documents posted on the website

Tickets for the social events during sailing week will also be available online until 7 days before the event. After this time they will be available from the bar until 48 hours before the event (or until they sell out)

Non members are welcome to Participate in Sailing week. In order to obtain access to online ticket sales, please email the_clubhouse@bssc.net with details of the boat you will be sailing (class and sail number) so that we can create a temporary login for you. You will also be able to book tickets for the social events using this login.

To buy your tickets:

• Login here. Use the email address that you used for your membership renewal, if you have forgotten your password, use the "forgotten password" feature. If you don't get a password reset email, that you may be attempting to use an email address that we don't have associated to your account.
• Scroll down to the 3rd row on the list "Book Events"
• Select "Open Events"
• If you wish to purchase a 5 day entry, you must click the 1st box "7 August 10:00"
• If you wish to purchase single day entry you will need to select the box for the day you wish to enter.
• You can purchase multiple tickets (e.g. if you have multiple family members entering).
• You can purchase multiple single day tickets but if you are entering for more that 3 days, it will be cheaper (and simpler) if you buy the 5 day ticket.
• If you navigate away from the ticket purchase before paying, you will find your tickets in the "My Invoices" which is located at the bottom of the Members Hub home page.
