Thank you everyone, for an amazing season

Although the weather today has been very mild, the weekend turned was cold and windy, so racing needed to be cancelled. Nothing could dampen spirits at BSSC though!
On Friday evening we were delighted to host another golf supper, these events are certainly gaining popularity. The clubhouse is available to hire for fully private events when we are normally closed to members. If you'd like to find out more about hiring the space for your party, please email members@bssc.net.
On Saturday morning, the AGM was followed by prize giving. Congratulations to all the 2025 winners!
Thanks everyone who made our clubhouse look amazing for this Oktoberfest Party. We had a brilliant night with games set up by Keith and Serena, hilariously presented by the one and only Mr Nog! It was fantastic to see so many members dressing up and really embracing the party spirit. Do check out our Facebook and Instagram for more photos as the night went on.
As you can see from today's photo, there are still a few boats at the sailing club. We need all dinghies, tenders, Kayaks and SUPs removed from BSSC property by this Friday 31st October.
The menu for next Sunday is on our website, please email to book your table. All Sunday lunches may be booked in advance as a "host a roast" option. To do this, you simply need a minimum of four people (all wanting the same roast) and tell us which roast meat you would like (beef, lamb, pork or chicken). We will serve platters of food to your table so that you can have exactly the portion you love. It's just like a family roast dinner at home but without the washing up!
Also shown is a sample Christmas roast menu, if you would like to hire BSSC for a Christmas party, please do get in touch as soon as possible so that we can set this up for you (we are away on holiday from 11th November to 1st December).
