Clubhouse Opening w/e 25/26 Oct, Private Functions and Boat Parks

Dear Members,
This weekend (25/26 October) the clubhouse will be open for food and drinks on Saturday evening from 6pm in addition to the usual Sunday lunch service.  The Sunday roast this Sunday will be a choice of either Beef or Lamb. There will be a number of menu choices available on Saturday night.
From 2 November the clubhouse will revert to normal winter Sunday Lunch opening regime, with the Bar open from midday and food available from 12.30 onwards.
Members are reminded that the clubhouse is available to members and their guests for private family gatherings, dinner, christmas and birthday parties throughout the winter months with a minimum party size of 10. Please  click here  for a selection of "Christmas Menu" suggestions that Keith will be happy to prepare for private functions over the coming months. Other menus are available on request. Members wishing to use the clubhouse for private events outside normal Sunday opening should in the first instance contact Paul, to check availability.
Boat Parks - the Boat Parks committee have asked me reminded members that boat parks should be vacated by 31st October.
On behalf of the house committee,
Tim Adams

Please be reminded that all boats must be removed from the boat parks by the end of October together with trailers and all other gear. Remember last year's floods. The good news is that the boats can now be returned from the 1st March if you have an allocated place.
