Amazing Summer
What an August it has been! The Sail Training team did an incredible job, as always. Starting way back in the winter with the application process, then the 1st aid and DI courses in the spring, right the way through to organising safety cover, volunteer rosters and, once again, acing the RYA inspection. Sailing Week 2025 is under way
Congratulations to all our participants of the Sharpie Europen Championship last week. We had a terrific time here with lots of partying both at BSSC and at the campsite. The Sharpies have arrived!
We have had a fantastic start to the Sharpie European Championships today. The conditions were near perfect (apart from perhaps the time!). Getting ready for Sharpies and Sailing Week
We had a brilliant Sail Training 2025. Huge thanks to the organisers and volunteers and well done to all participants who worked so hard to pass their courses. Sail Training has started
Last weekend saw the conclusion of the Oram series at Bunham Overy. The trophy was won by Magnus Medcalf so will stay with BSSC for another year. The Jamieson and Junior Jamieson cups were both won by Sharpies (we've seen a lot of practice racing in preparation for the Euros). Congratulations Magnus & Harry in Sea Witch for the Junior Jamieson and Sam & Annalisa in Sirius for the Jamieson Cup. More »
